Customer will need to fill out and return a feedback form, which they can access by emailing hello@solskin.com following which, the Customer will need to return to us the opened and partly used product.

What are the Shipping Terms?
  1. We dispatch all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed (excluding weekends).
  2. You will receive a tracking ID for your order when this is dispatched. Please keep in mind the tracking code may not work yet, if the courier has not scanned and checked in your parcel in their sorting depot (this can take up to 48hrs on standard delivery). 
  3. Please allow up to 4 working days for standard UK deliveries.
What is your returns policy?
  1. We have a 30-day return policy which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
