Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it
  • unopened / unused
  • in its original packaging
  • with your receipt or proof of purchase from www.solskin.com

Please note, products bought other channels (Amazon, TikTok etc.) will need to follow those platform's policies which SOLSKIN often cannot change or personalise.

👉 For returns where you've change of mind, ordered the wrong shade, etc.), you’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping which our team will help you with.

👉 If we’ve sent the wrong item, your order arrived damaged/faulty, or you’ve had a genuine allergic reaction, we’ll review each of these cases meticulously through our processes and may cover return shipping and/or replace in line with local consumer laws.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted by our Fulfilment Center and returned to sender.

Damages & issues 🛠

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or
  • you receive the wrong item

so we can review the issue and make it right 💫

If you think you’ve had an allergic reaction, please stop using the product and email us with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the reaction
  • photos of the product and batch/packaging

This helps us provide you with adequate next steps and also investigate this internally 🕵️

Exceptions / non-returnable items 🚫

Because of hygiene and safety, we generally can’t accept returns on:

  • opened or used personal care / beauty products (unless faulty or there’s a reaction)
  • items not in their original packaging

We also can’t accept returns on gift cards and sale items.

Exchanges 🔄

We don’t process direct exchanges.

European Union 14-day cooling off 🇪🇺

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason.

Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
In many cases you may need to pay the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or there’s a safety issue (like a reaction), in which case we’ll follow local law.

Refunds 💳

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method
  • Banks/card providers can take up to 10 business days to show the funds
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we’re required by law or we clearly caused the issue
