📦 Shipping Terms

We know you don’t want to wait around for your glow, and our team do their best to dispatch all orders the same day they’re placed.

During busy times (product launches, sales, weekends & bank hols 💌), dispatch can take up to 1 more business day than usual.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.

💡 If the tracking link isn’t working straight away, don’t worry – carriers can take up to 24 hours to update tracking info, especially when they first pick up the package.

Standard Shipping

Express Shipping

⚡️ Usually next business day, but please allow 1–2 business days just in case

🌍 International Shipping

We currently ship to:

• 🇪🇺 Selected countries within the European Union
• 🇺🇸 The United States
• 🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand

Typical delivery estimates (after dispatch):

• EU: usually 4–8 business days
• USA: usually 5–10 business days
  
• Australia & New Zealand: usually 7–14 business days

✨ Customs and local carriers can sometimes cause slight delays – but we promise the glow is worth the wait.

🧾 Taxes, Duties & Customs (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the UK, we use DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) wherever possible:

• Any taxes and duties are calculated and paid upfront at Checkout
• You shouldn’t be asked to pay anything extra at delivery or afterwards 💸🚫
  

If a carrier ever asks you to pay extra duties or fees you weren’t expecting, please contact us at hello@solskin.com with your order number + any proof from the carrier, and we’ll help you sort it.
